Taekwondo is a martial art and sport which can be practiced and enjoyed by everyone.

Tae	-	Foot technique
Kwon	-	Hand technique
Do	-	The process (of achieving perfection through the training of body and mind.)

Student Creed

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that would impair my mental growth or physical health.
I intend to develope self-disipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others.
I intend to use the skills I learn in class constructively and defensively to help myself and my fellow man, and never be abusive or offensive.

Taekwondo Oath

As a student of Taekwondo, I do pledge to abide by the rules and regulations of the Taekwondo Association, to strive to be honest, courteous and respectful to all members in particular to my seniors, to put the art into use in self-defence of the weak only and never to abuse my knowledge of the art.
