Always bow when entering or leaving the Dojang (hall) and salute the
flags if hanging.

No unnecessary talking in the Dojang especially during the lesson.

Instructors should be addressed as Sir and Senior Instructors as Master.

When speaking to an Instructor you should always bow before and after.

Always be respectful and courteous to each other and especially your
Senior Grades.

No jewellery to be worn during training.

During class when at ease student should stand with feet shoulder
width apart and with hands behind the back. No hands on hips , as this
is highly disrespectful.

Uniforms must be worn to all training sessions. If out of uniform
students should line up at the back of class.

Never question your instructor’s methods or instructions during
class or in front of other students .This does not mean you can’t
ask questions.

Always inform your Instructor of any medical issues before commencing
training.

When sparring with a student of lower grade or skill level it is important
to use restraint and control.

When training one should always foster a strong martial spirit, have
a sense of fun and enjoyment and above all never quit! Remember Black
Belts are white belts that never quit!!!!!!!!
