As someone who has to constantly hire employees for a rapidly growing an expanding company, I often felt that I might err in my judgment of making the right choice. There had previously been one or two instances when an applicant’s resume proved to be lies. Although we were not charged with negligent hiring, I was always apprehensive while hiring.
